Whilst anyone can apply flame retardant chemicals, local authorities and health & safety officers will insist on applications being carried out by a competent person.

As the recent enquiry into the Grenfell tragedy has shown, anyone who is part of the chain of responsibility will have their involvement scrutinised in depth.

We apply products that we trust. Our operators have been involved in spraying fabrics and other substrates since 1984. From paint spraying road sweeper components to oriental rug restoration and proofing.

We have the knowledge and experience to identify the suitability of the substrate and whether a retardant will be affective or not. We've carried  out years of indicative testing and have worked with laboratory facilities to test the efficacy of various flame retardant products on a wide range of items.
