Substrate Preparation

All items treated with retrospective flame retardant treatments need to be clean and free of contaminants. The chemical must be absorbed or adsorbed into the substrate. The item must also be suitably dry. This task can be undertaken by the client in advance or by ourselves. We have over 30 years experience in fabric cleaning, including training in Oriental rug cleaning and the correct methods of cleaning woollen fibres. Stage curtains can be dry or wet cleaned in-situ by our heights trained team.
